The WORST!!!

So after I uploaded my design they contacted me and said they need to make some changed for the embroidery, i said ok no worries. The baseball caps just arrived and they logo is not even legible!!! So much for making a change so it would embroid better! How someone looked at this finished product and decided it was ok to go out to a custom is beyond me! I am done with this company.

We deeply regret that the Cap did not meet your expectations. After examination, it was observed that the uploaded image contains small graphics that could potentially lead to production issues. Prior to commencing your design, we provide guidelines for uploading images for embroidery, including a disclaimer. Rest assured, we have initiated a quality check at our printing facility. Additionally, we have taken appropriate steps regarding your order. You will receive a confirmation email containing further information. We sincerely value your time and patience as we resolve this matter together.
