Application Guide:
Follow the steps below to quickly and easily apply your water-activated packing tape.

Measure & Cut: Measure the tape to your desired length, then cut using a pair of scissors.
Wet: Run the damp sponge on the non-printed side to activate the adhesive.
Apply: Now that the tape is cut and the adhesive is activated, carefully apply the tape until it bonds to your box or envelope.

Incompetent Team & Poor Quality Product

I understand printing can be tricky, but what matters most is how the business helps to rectify the issue and the service I received was an insane waste of time... over tape. First, I was at fault as I provided them with RBG colour, tape was printed and it arrived with the incorrect colour and also a glossy finish? I don't see any glossy finishes with this product in the product gallery. So I'm highly confused at this state. Long story short, I had two team members reach out to me to try rectify this issue via email and phone. It was apparent to me these team members weren't communicating and are telling me to take different actions. The process to rectify the issue was poorly handled, and I had high hopes especially for a big company like Vista Print. I wanted to change vendors for tape just to see what else was out there and also to save cost. Biggest learning here is maybe you get what you pay for.
